1st DAY
Trip to Transylvania!
A trip to Transylvania, astonishingly, with a wonderful itinerary is one of the recommended tours. We start at 8 am from your hotel. Our guide will reveal you to Romanian history. In the first place, we will visit Peles Castle which is the summer royal palace of Romania built by King Carol I of Romania. The construction of the castle started in 1873 and finished in 1914. The palace has 160 rooms ( you have the standard tour with reception areas ) and is the first electrified castle in Europe. Everything inside is original. In the second place, we proceed to Bran Castle aka Dracula Castle. Being the most famous spot for vampires and the home of Count Dracula while it may be true. The medieval castle was built in the 14th century, up on a hill. It is situated on the border between Transylvania and Wallachia.
Brasov overnight
After that, in the third place, we drive to the multicultural and picturesque city of Transylvania which is Brasov for lunch. After lunch, we have a walking tour of the city with visits to Black Church, St. Catherine Gate, Schei Gate, Council Tower, and Council Square, and then free time.
We will serve dinner in a traditional Romanian restaurant ( 3 dishes, 1 drink). In the end, we go to the hotel.
2ND DAY
Travel with Vlad!
Following breakfast, please pack everything and check the room for your belongings. We will start around 08:30 am and we will depart to Prejmer fortified church – a UNESCO heritage site. The Teutonic Knights built it in late Gothic style in the 13th century. It is the only example from SE Europe where the authorities thought about common people.
Sighisoara Citadel is our next stop, this must be remembered. To put it another way, Transylvania is gorgeous.
We will discover the famous place where Vlad the Impaler Dracula was born. At the end of the walking tour, you have free time for lunch.
Sighisoara overnight
All in all, we travel to Biertan, another key point that is part of UNESCO Heritage. Here the guide will portray the history of the church and the simple life of the people. Succeeding the visit to Biertan, we will go to Sibiu for an appetizing dinner in a local Romanian restaurant ( 3 dishes, 1 drink). Followed by accommodation in a 3*hotel.
3RD DAY
Earn memories!
Subsequently breakfast, you have a sightseeing tour of Sibiu City. We will visit The Big Square, the Small Square, Huet Square, the Evangelical Church, the Brukental Palace, and the Council Tower. Our next stop will be Cozia Monastery. This was built on the shore of the Olt River as a fortress. A wonderful church built by the grandfather of Vlad the Impaler Dracula in the 14th century.
At present, we have free time for the lunch.
Amazing Bucharest
Following, we will drive back to Bucharest the capital of Romania. We travel through the Carpathian Mountains and under those circumstances, we will see marvelous landscapes. When we reach Bucharest, a panoramic tour of the city by car is mandatory. We will have a few photo stops in Revolution Square and Constitution Square. Our last dinner together will be in a famous restaurant in the Old Town. For dinner, we have 3 dishes, 1 drink of choice and, then we depart for accommodation at a 3*hotel.
The tour without a doubt is one of the best tours of Transylvania in either case enjoy it. Consider that you don`t spend money, you earn memories. You can upgrade anytime to 4* hotels.
